PILATES
What is Clinical Pilates
Clinical Pilates is a gentle form of corrective, low impact exercise that focuses on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.
The Clinical Pilates method has significant emphasis on proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Clinical Pilates can be used to rehabilitate injuries, as a preventative measure, as well as general fitness and strength improvements.

Our approach to Pilates is clinically proven and specifically tailored to individual's needs. Because of this, we see great results in both female and male participants of all ages.
