What is Pilates!

Pilates is a gentle form of corrective, low impact exercise that focuses on flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. The Pilates method has significant emphasis on proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates can be used to rehabilitate injuries, as a preventative measure, as well as general fitness and strength improvements.

At Vibrant Health Osteopathy & Pilates, you will only be trained by qualified Osteopaths who have completed further studies at internationally recognized Polestar Pilates. We guarantee the best!

Our Osteopath/Pilates instructors use their excessive knowledge to thoroughly assess you then construct an individual program designed to address your individual problem areas.

Initial Pilates Assessment

Initial assessment – Our Osteopaths will take a through medical history, perform Osteopathic, Orthopedic and Neurological testing to then put together an individualised program , involving use of all equipment.

Two private classes are generally needed to teach you your program safely and effectively.
After initial assessments have been completed you can book all your classes online at:

From there patients will progress to group classes.

Our group classes are small with a maximum of 4 people per class.

Pilates and Pregnancy

Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise for pre and post-natal mothers. Pilates can assist in strengthening pevic floor, reducing low back pain, improve balance and speed up recovery post-partum

Vibrant Health Provide only the best equipment! Our Pilates Studio includes state of the art equipment including:

Reformers, trap table, Ladder barrel, wunda chair, spin corrector, mats, props such as foam rollers, weights, therabands.
